We introduce ourselves as of the leading multi-desciplinary design and build company in the Kingdom of Bahrain with interior design and construction in lead. We are specialized in construction, complete interior design and decoration works, carpentry works, electrical, landscaping, plumbing and drainage works. We have successfully completed more than 400 projects since inception including construction of the three storey villas with interior decoration, prestigious offices interior decorations, jewelry shops, construction of warehouses and industrial plants, luxurious swimming pools, sundecks and revetments.

We employ a work force for about 75 headed by qualified managers, engineers, supervisors, site foremen who takes the full responsibility to render their best of service in entire satisfaction. We are fully equipped with necessary equipment’s, mechanical hoists, concrete mixers and supporting vehicles.

Architecture, Interior Design & Decoration

We provide dedicated Interior architecture and decoration services for an extensive range of facilities.... In certain projects we may need to develop a particular design concept, at a stage to meet the functional requirements of the facility. We work on hand in hand with detailing and specification needs that are required for the project. All pre-contract activities are progressed and completed as per work schedules.

Building Construction & Interior Fit outs

We handle all types of construction projects ranging from residential projects, commercial retail outlets ... In majority number of projects, our construction engineers work hand in hand with our design and, electromechanical team in rendering a quality and time scheduled service. Our interior works such as gypsum, cladding, paintings, ceiling, and retail outlets refurbishments are few of our turn key works.

We undertake project supervision and overall management of the projects. Our project management team overseas the planning ... implementation and tracking of a specific short term projects. We provide attention to Value Engineering by identifying various risk criterions associated at different stages from initial work start to handing over.

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

We have an efficient MEP team offering a wide range of in - house services specialized for the interior ... spaces of the projects. Our MEP team is fully experienced in operational and technical services required and related to HVAC in an environment with a multitude of buildings. We are specialized in building infrastructure maintenance, operation and automation tools including electrical, mechanical, HVAC life safety and security systems.

Structural Steel & Aluminum Works

We at First and Best Constructions undertake all kinds of structural steel works ranging from ... small to big projects. Our warehouse projects have been the highlight of our structural steel works. We make sure a wide range of quality steel and aluminum works are within reach for our clients.

Landscape Design
